13. How do I store matcha?

Store matcha in an airtight container, in a cool place, and out of direct sunlight.
After opening, preferably store in the refrigerator.

14. How long does matcha stay fresh?

Unopened, matcha keeps for up to 12 months.
After opening, we recommend using it within 2–3 months for the best quality.

15. My matcha isn't bright green, is that normal?

Matcha should be a fresh green color.
Discoloration may indicate aging or improper storage.
