We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

● Products containing matcha powder can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and sealed.

● Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

● Please contact our customer service before returning the product to request a return.

● Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for opened, damaged, or improperly handled products.
