Yes. Matcha is suitable for lattes, smoothies, baking recipes, and desserts.

Yes. Matcha contains caffeine, but it works gradually thanks to L-theanine.
As a result, you usually do not experience a sudden dip in energy or restlessness.

Store matcha in an airtight container, cool, and out of direct sunlight.
After opening, store preferably in the refrigerator.

14. How long does matcha stay fresh?

Unopened, matcha has a shelf life of up to 12 months.
Once opened, we recommend use within 2–3 months for best quality.

15. My matcha isn't bright green, is that normal?

Matcha should be a fresh green color.
Discoloration may indicate aging or improper storage.
